NDR Lighting is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join its expanding team in its head office in Montreal. The ideal candidate would be responsible for offering a high level of customer service and to assist the Outside Sales Team.

Reporting to the Sales Administration Director, this is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is looking to advance their career by joining a dynamic organization.

We expect candidates to have 3+ years of customer service experience.

Overview:

The NDR Sales Coordinator is the main link between our partners and our Sales Directors. The main responsibility is to ensure an excellent service for both groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customer orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner. The objective is to ship out an order within 48 hours after sending it to a warehouse.
  • Verify/release each PO to make sure the correct information is processed and sent. Should there be a discrepancy with a PO, you must CALL the customer to advise them before it is processed.
  • Product knowledge - inside training.
  • Answering daily emails and phones from clients:
    • Looking for a price and availability;
    • Order status and tracking;
    • Locating a distributor.
  • Verify claims from customers.
  • Forward manual invoice/credit.
  • Work as a cohesive team member to offer a high level of customer service.
