NDR Lighting is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join its expanding team in the Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico to continue our growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who is looking to advance their career by joining a dynamic organization.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Director of Sales is responsible for promoting NDR products and ensuring the achievement of sales goals and profit objectives within the defined geographical territory.

We expect candidates to have 3 to 5 years Electrical Distribution sales experience, as a plus any lighting experience and have contacts in these regions.

Role and Duties: Regular territory and customer visits (6-8 weeks), expand and grow the distribution network, visits to electrical contractors, architects and engineering communities achieve set sales goals and targets.

Language Proficiency: English – written and oral.

Home Base: Ideally based in the Phoenix or surrounding areas.

Compensation: Base salary + commission, car allowance and health insurance contribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and open new distribution partners within the regions.
  • Regular and scheduled visits to existing customer base, regular visit to electrical contractors, engineering, architects, building inspectors and the design communities.
  • Responsible for growing brand awareness among distribution channel partners in their assigned nregion.
  • Train and promote complete NDR line with all partners, including in house training sessions, joint calls with distributor sales team members, as well as direct end user calls.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing for all operational contracts. Review all existing contracts for compliancy.

As a key member in strategic planning for the entire organization, the Director of Sales will have input in new product development, marketing strategies, and general organizational direction.
